Obituary

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes: and there shall be no more death, neither
sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more; for the former things are passe away.
Revelations 21:4

Elder Robert Lee Ware was born March 24, 1944 to the late Bessie Thomas and Willie Ware. He
was born, raised, and attended school in Leland, Mississippi.
Elder Ware met Mrs. Nancy Aubrey and they united in marriage on September 15, 1969. He
reared three girls with this union: Mary, Arether, and Ella. After 52 years of marriage, the lord
called him home on August 30, 2021.
Elder Ware began his ministry at Feltus Temple C.O.G.I.C. in Minden, LA under the leadership of
Dr. John H. Feltus. He later became pastor of Center Mission C.O.G.I.C. in Athens, LA. He
pastored faithfully for 30 years until his death.
