Life Reflections

David Wayne Miller entered this world on February 15,1955 and he departed on April 22, 2021. David attended R.L. Thorton Elementary, Boude Story Middle School and David W. Carter High School in Dallas, Texas.

David proudly served his country in the U. S. Army from 1975-1978 where he received an honorable discharge.

He was born into love and cherished by his family and friends. David accepted Jesus Christ as his LORD and SAVIOR at an early age while attending Cedar Crest Church of Christ under the patronage of Brother C.C. Lotte. He later moved to Springhill, Louisiana and was affiliated with Macedonia Baptist Church.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Bennie Roy & Annie Faye Miller and sister Tammy Faye Eason.

David leaves to cherish his memories: Wife, Ruthie Miller; children, Derrick Miller (Sharon), O'Nishea Blake (Keith), LaTasha Brown (Travis) and David Miller II. Bonus children; Lee Brown, John Brown, Steven Brown, and Ja'Terrick Brown; sisters, Telesia Mackey (Glen), and Patricia Willis-Ramirez. He had 14 grandchildren and 1 great grand daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
