Wilson Cornelius was born December 12, 1922 to the late Sp; amd Irene White Cornelius in the Blue Run community in Webster Parish.
He transitioned from this earthly tabernacle to his final resting place October 9, 2020 at Overton Brooks Veteran Hospital.
Wilson fought courageously for our countries freedom when he served in the United States Army in World War II. He was honorably discharged September 22, 1945.
After Wilson returned home from service he began to work. He was an automobile mechanic who took great pride in his work.
Wilson leaves to cherish his memories three daughters Fenola Lewis (Gerald), Bonnie Kelly, Gwendolyn Kelly, three sons Willie Cornelius (Carolyn), Elliott Cornelius, and Corey Grant, two sisters Altalena Gomillia (Robert) and Myra Martin, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great children, nieces, nephews, relatives and
friends.
