Shemekia Tomasho Love was born on September 21, 1978 in Shreveport, LA to proud parents Chester Lee Kinsey and Doris Jane Love.

Shemekia accepted Christ at an early age at Israelite Baptist Church..  On Saturday, January 14, 2023, God saw fit to call His shining Angel home to be in his loving arms.

Shemekia was preceded in death by her grandparents Hazel & Solomon Love, Pearline & Morgan Kinsey, Sister Breanco Love and her Brother Andre' Clark.

Shemekia leaves to cherish her sweet memories: Her loving mother and father Doris Love and Chester Kinsey of Ringgold, LA; Four Daughters Mercedes Love, Beyonce Cook(Jarius), Breanco Love, India Maddison; Two Sons: Dextrick Cook Jr and Yonis Love all of Ringgold, LA  Five Sisters:  Chanesca Love, Chance Madden(Carlos Sr) of Ringgold, LA, Sharee and Tiara Clark of Castor, LA and Sharon Mims of Minden, LA One Brother: Tevin Love of Ringgold, LA; Four Grandchildren Kameron Love, Jeremih Iverson, Karter Miller and Justice Iverson all of Ringgold, LA.   Shemekia also leaves her special nieces, nephews, many uncles, aunts, cousins and close friends.
