Mildred Louise Bullock Samuels was born to the late Lou Annie Rabb-Bullock and Henry Bullock.

Mildred was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Zack Samuels and to this union, one bouncing baby girl was born: Tina Louise Samuels-Kemp.

Mildred confessed Christ at an early age. She was a member of the Lane Chapel C.M.E. Church in Homer, Louisiana until her health failed. She was a lifelong resident of Homer, graduated from Mayfield High School in the Class of 1950. She worked as a substitute teacher and helped to rear many children in the community. She enjoyed sitting on the porch talking with friends, and last but definitely not least, Mildred was a fashionista. She loved wearing her hats and suits.

On April 6, 2022, Mildred traded her earthly body for her eternal body.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Lou Annie Rabb-Bullock and Henry Bullock, her husband Zack Samuels, and her siblings: Goldie B. Bullock-Turner and John Henry Bullock.

Mildred leaves to cherish her memories: a devoted daughter, Tina Louise Samuels-Kemp of Homer, LA, one sister-in-law, Bobby Bullock; many bonus children, nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Rita Tell, her aide for over 20 years.
