Obituary

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course,
I have kept the faith. - II Timothy 4:7
Frank L. Fields entered into eternal rest on February 7, 2019.
Frank was born May 23, 1958, to the union of the late Adell
Fields and Mildred Jane Fields.
Bro. Fields confessed his life to Christ at an early age at Fellowship
Baptist Church. He later moved his membership to Millard Hill
Baptist Church, where he remained a faithful member until his
health failed and the Lord called him home.
Frank Fields was married to Beverly (Page) Fields; to this union
a son was born, Kenya Fields. He divorced and later married
Barbara Singleton; to this union a lovely girl was born, LaSherri
Fields.
Bro. Fields worked as a commercial truck driver at Olin Craft
Paper Mill for approximately 20 years. He was a devoted father
and loved serving at his church, Millard Hill Missionary Baptist
Church. Bro. Fields was a US Army Veteran. He loved fishing
and football, was a devoted Saints fan, but most of all he enjoyed
spoiling his grandchildren. He touched the lives of all his friends
and family.
Mr. Fields was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry W. Fields
and sister, Margaret (Fields) Tisdale.
Left to cherish his memory are: a granddaughter, Kelcy Dixon;
several god-children, nieces, nephews, and relatives; three
brothers, Ardell Fields (Flossy) of Tucson, AZ, Cecil Joe Fields
of Tucson, AZ, and Ronnie W. Fields of Farmerville, LA; six
sisters, Allie Johnson of Tucson, AZ, Annie Owens of Lavergne,
TN, Rosie Boyd (Charles) of Farmerville, LA, Hattie Simmons
(Sammie) of Downsville, LA, Carol Andrews (Bobby) of Bossier
