EMMITT TAYLOR was born to the late Lela Mae Manning and George Graham on November 17, 1949.   He was a member of Marion Baptist Church where he was a devoted member and an Usher.

He has four siblings that preceded him in death: Vera Edwards, Leroy Frazier, Jean Johnson, and John Manning.

Emmitt leaves six children to cherish his memories: Cosunya Caldwell (Stacy), Tonya Qualls, Letoshia Ross, Shetoshia Washington (Channing), Reginald Moore, and Markita "LaShay" Loyd (Denarius). He leaves six siblings to cherish his memories: Helen McDonell (Victor); Carolyn Talton (Charles), Melva Lewis (Olympus); Brenda Reeves (Jim); Shelia Moore (James); and Carl Manning. He leaves 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
