Donnota Denise Hall departed this life and was called home to rest in the sweet arms of Jesus at the age of 44 on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at 10:00 pm.  She was born on August 25, 1977, to the union of the late Grady James and Cecia Mae Hall.

She was a lifelong native of Laplace, LA.  Donnota Hall attended East St. John High School, Laplace, LA.  Donnota accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and personal Savior and was baptized at an early age.

Donnota leaves to cherish her memories her beloved brother Devin Hall (Penny Hall) sister Marlo A. Venzant-Bey (Billy J. Bey) Her nieces:  Jonquil Chambers, (Mike), Veronica and Mar-Keisha Venzant, Nephew Jordan Snipes.  5 Aunts: Virginia Thomas (Pastor Thomas), Texas, Ezella Brown (Jimmy Ray), Haynesville,LA, Catherine Lynn Eason & Catherine Faye Eason, California, Gloria Montgomery (Ronnie), Detroit. 4 Uncles: Calvin Eason (Barbara) Haynesville, LA, David Hall (Tina), Texas, Fred, Ruston, Tommy(Dotson). And a host of other cousins, and other relatives, family, and friends. Also, her nurse Delicia Washington.

She was preceded in death by her father, Grady Hall, mother Cecia Mae Hall, Grandmother Ornie Lee Hall, Grandfather J.D. Hall, and Aunt Ruby Hall.

Relatives and friends of the family, Pastors, Officers and Members of The Church of the Living God and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life, 2 pm at The Church of the Living God, 593 Highway 534 Spur, Haynesville, LA 71038.  In accordance with the CDC guidelines for COVID-19, masks are suggested for all in attendance.  Visitation 1:00 pm until the time of service at the above-named location.  Interment Old Whitehall Cemetery, Haynesville, LA. There will be a public visitation on Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 5-8:00 pm at The Patrick H.
